Marc Schein, principal of Atlantic Territories, has been in the commercial real estate field for over 15 years as an investor, developer, and broker. Mr. Schein has performed acquisitions, disposition services, property management, leasing and directed land development for proprietary property of privately held real estate investment firms. Mr. Schein currently serves on the Bethel Park Planning and Zoning Board assisting residents and developers on land use issues.
